|Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.|
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, Postl or Email or over the internet.
When a confirmation of order is received by you, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Delivery is free for all orders of £100 or over,smaller orders will be charged as follows;
Upto £4.99 p+p = £3.00
From £5.00-£9.99 p+p = £4.50
From £10.00-£24.99 p+p = £6.00
From £25.00-£49.99 p+p = £7.00
From £49.99-£120.00 p+p = £8.50
We will quote all customers outside the UK for delivery charges.
Due to the soaring increase of postage cost, a surcharge of £5 will be added on the order for any parcel over 2 kgs in weight. Customer will be informed before sending the parcel.

All products returned must be complete, unused and in their original packing. We will credit the purchase price less postage once we have received and check the products.

Shortage or goods damaged in transit
Goods received by the courier in a damaged or unsatisfactory manner should be signed for as such. Any shortage or damage of the order must be reported to us in writing within 3 working days, otherwise we shall not accept any liability. The packaging and contents should be retained for inspection or collection if required.
